Account Director – Funds Europe

Role Description

This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll own major accounts, drive revenue growth, and deliver high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across print, digital, content, data and events.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and growing relationships with leading institutional investment clients
  • Selling integrated, multi-media solutions across the Funds Europe brand
  • Driving new business while expanding existing key accounts
  • Leading campaigns end-to-end, from concept through to delivery and reporting
  • Working closely with editorial, events and marketing teams to deliver content-led solutions
  • Analysing performance, optimising campaigns, and delivering clear client insights
  • Representing the brand at industry events (UK & international)

What we are looking for

  • Strong experience in B2B media sales (financial services/investment sector preferred)
  • Proven track record in event sales, including conferences (content-led) and awards programmes
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing high-value accounts
  • A consultative, commercially driven sales approach
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong Excel capability
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

The details

  • Full-time, hybrid role (London – 3 days in office)
  • UK & international travel required
  • Salary and package on request
